And now the second half. Todays meal was a Roast dinner as it was Sunday. Beef in fact. Served with gravy, roast potatoes, broccoli, leeks, carrots, yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce. Pudding was a home made vegetable flan. We always seem to have a Sunday pudding. that was with bananas and nectarines and a dash of vanilla ice cream. Very nice, wholesome family meal.

Bit late now so time for a double day upload! The first and surely not the last. So This was dinner on Sunday the 21st. Just a stir fry. it wasn't that enjoyable as can be seen. Oh well ate it and watched 'Wanted'. That was actually really good. Win some, lose some.

Cod, mushy marrowfat peas and skinny chips. No Pudding today, you don't always have to have one. Happy Valentines to all those lonely hearts. X

It was my birthday on the 11th so I had a mega fine day for stuff I eat. Well. No lunch but it doesn't matter. Dinner consisted of Pizza (one slice of American Hot and one Margarita with pesto), green leaf salad with french dressing and crutons, garlic bread and a glass of shandy. It was Ben Shaws. Pudding however was a grand affair, a chocolate fudge cake with a Belgian swirl top. Very rich and impossible to cut. It was uplifting.

Lunch. I had a killer sandwich, sadly there wasn't a dinner to be had today. The sandwich consisted of various greens, tomatoes, cucumber, quorn and mayonnaise all on Warburtons wholemeal seeded bread. It was perfect for the moment.

Dinnertime, what we've all been waiting for. Roast chicken, cabbage with leeks, honey roasted parsnips, garlic roast potatoes, sage stuffing with gravy and English mustard. WOW too much. Good though - looks a bit like its already been eaten? Pudding. Profiteroles with single cream. Thats two lots of single cream and potatoes in as many days. Need a change.

Lunch in Worthing. Nice 'n' Spicy Nik-Naks and a yoghurt flapjack. Total cost 90p.

Baked potatoe with ratatouille, grated cheddar, piri piri spice and a glass of coke. Afterwards, Meringue and single cream. It was quite nice. Bad day for sandwiches - I had to throw loads away at work. Boo Hoo.
